Hardware

Everything begins with Barrel Bros hardware. All of the sensors and electronics are built with in the protective case to safeguard them from any potential spillage or accident. The Barrelbros hardware will send all information and analytics immediately to the Phone App, Monitor Screen, and Laptop software through wifi.

Features:

Barrel Bros Hardware measures the following data points:

  • Volume - The sensor filters out any cleaner or water, ensuring that the volume recorded is simply the beer you pour. 

  • Temperature - For each pint, our sensor takes 15 temperature measurements to verify that the temperature is reliably monitored. 

  • Flow rate - The pouring speed is critical for reducing waste and ensuring the gas regulator is properly adjusted.

  • 24/7 Draft Beer Inventory - Our mobile phone app provides a live view of the inventory, including the remaining percentage and number of pints left.

  • Screen attachable support - You will be able to position the screen monitor wherever it is most convenient for you to ensure visibility and mantain efficiency.

  • Real-time Alerts - They will notify you of any variances. Check for damaged coolers or open doors, sales issues, low stock levels, and more!

Screen Monitor

We believe phone apps are really useful, however pulling out your phone is frequently difficult owing to factors such as interacting with a customer or simply running out of phone charge. This is why the Barrel Bros Screen Monitor was designed to address this issue. Barrel Bros' compact and simple-to-install screen monitor will be placed at the bar so that you, as a bartender, have a complete view of the inventory at all times.
